Angry MM 5.2 outlook client

Hi,

I am recieving the following error when installing the 5.2 outlook client, when i get to the page where you add the MAS name or IP, I recieve the following message " MAS name provided maybe incorrector is not connected. please try later" the version of the client is MM 5.2 outlook thick client 9.2.150.12. We can remote desk into the MAS from the client as well as ping the MAS server. We have tried the restricted client and get the same results. Are there are ports that we might be overlooking, the firewall is off.

Any ideas are welcome

What is your MM's backend? What is the OS and Outlook version on this PC?

Wink Mm R5.2

Hi Texeric,

The backend is MSS and the release is MM R5.2. I have managed to sort that out it was the account on the client did not have the correct permissions. The outlook client is installed.
I now cannot login to subscriber options, when i enter the extension and password I get the "password is invalid", yet I can login on the phone with the password.

thanks
