Not sure if anyone can help?We have just migrated to Avaya/CMS yet our method of reporting (design and distribution) is Crystal (9).
I am in the process of re-wrtiing our old Symposium reports into Avaya and was wondering if any member had templates for Crystal that they are able to share?
I appreciate I will need to connect to the relevant databases etc but this would save me a lot of time with the various reports I need to write.
I am initally looking for an Agent performance based report (Logged in time, talk time, Outcome etc) as well as a Skill based SLA report.Can anyone help?
