Default One x Mobile Corporative Directory

Hi

I have a onex mobile 1.1 and have some problems updating the corporate directory

I import the users and the directory was ok, later I had to make some changes in some users, the canges were made in the Active Directoy again import the users and reprovision them but the information on the corporate directory has the old information, does anyone have seen this before,
any idea about how to solve this?

Does anyone has an idea of what is going on here, i donīt know if maibe if i try to modify the db, but it shoud to conect to the Active Directory and get the information, i have allready try to reprovisioning the users, create again the profile and i donīt get anywere. Help

This is an old post but perhaps you are still looking.

One think I have noticed about the Mobile is that it remembers the list of people you searched preiously based on a prevous COS. Meaning if I make changes to the COS that thsoe changes won't be seen until you delet the user from licensed and UNLICENSED tabs first.

This may not correct your issue with the corprate directory showing up in the web page but then there are possible issues with that. Fisrt to make sure that the tel numbers are in E.164 format. +1 and the number. Second that the dialplan also accounts for all sorts of number combinations.

I know that the tomcat service needs to be restarted so that it re-searches the AD directory again. It's set to re-search AD once every 24 hours from the last time it was started. Just go to the serviceability and restart contact from the web gui.
