Hello all

i have a newbie questions.

We are currently trying to force Avaya to dial a '1' infront of non-local numbers.

However the avaya call seems to be ignoring the 'oNumber' parameter and retrieving the number from the CRMdatabase using the 'oFname' parameter value.


Other than updating the phone fields in CRM database, is there anyway we can append a '1' to non-local numbers?


Also, where does Phone1.htm file reside?
