i was confused on how to configure the incoming call routes on avaya ip office 500. I have four analog trunks connected to my ip office, the question is do i have to configure incoming call route on each analog trunk?

i need your advise on this scenario. thanks.

yes Friend u can easily configure each trunk line for incoming call route just configure trunk line with different line ID

When you configure the incoming call route you will set the same line ID which you defined in Different lines
