Default Pause characters etc via LDAP on IPOffice

Hi,

I am using an LDAP server to update the IP Office Directory (IP Office v4.2(14)), which is working well except for the following:

We use "Globalmeet" conferencing facility and we have to dial <phonenumber><pause><meetingid>#

# doesn't seem to be supported by LDAP at all, and actually GlobalMeet times out and accepts your meeting ID regardless of whether you specify the hash (pound) character. So this isn't really a problem, but if anyone has any suggestions I am all ears.

If I add the contact to IPOffice via Phone Manager and use comma (,) for the pause, then I get the pause I need. Eg: 0800123456,999999999

However IPOffice seems to ignore everything after a comma when getting contacts via via LDAP (and in fact importing a CSV file).

Anyone got any ideas? Anyone know any other pause characters (ideally I was looking for a "wait until answered" rather than "wait 3 seconds")?

All help gratefully received.

Cheers,

Chris
