Default Please HELP ! with Vmail
I have a MLX-10DP phone with Intuity Audix multimedia messaging system. Whenever someone calls my line, inside or outside, the phone doesn't ring and the call is sent directly to voicemail. Do Not Disturb is turned off, and I can call out just fine.

Please help !

The problem isn't in the Intuity Audix, The problem is in the way your phone is translated in the Merlin legend. Check your translations / cover group.
