Angry Best Place for training??

So I've been TRYING to poke around at Avaya-learning.com, and to be honest, what a horrible site. I have to log in at EVERY course request, the site continues to tell me my information is not correct, and that my information has not been entered. I've pretty much given up on them as a training source. If their site is that horrific, then I can't imagine how the training would go.

So that brings the question, We have recently had a Definity S8400 installed, and our vendor is pretty well useless. I would like to bring support in house next year when our service contract expires, and thus the need for official training. Who else does proper avaya training?

What is your location? I took an Avaya course in the NJ location. It was pretty good, but it was a basic administation course. Not too complicated.

Excellent Avaya training available from Walt Medak & Assoc. in Portland, OR. Their website is www.medak.com.

The best source of Avaya training is probably the Avaya University, the web site can be a pain but most of the training is at little or no cost.

The classroom courses are always good.

Don't be put off be the website.

I always swore by Avaya training when they offered it and shrugged off all other places....then I attended a Cross University class and was very impressed. Their labs and hands on training is much more than I expected. Check them out.
